Hi, I’m Josiah Flomo Founder and Media Director here at Flomotion Pictures. I lead our creative and production teams from the first spark of an idea to the final product, making sure every vision is brought to life with clarity, purpose, and impact. I oversee the full scope of our media production from creative direction and strategy to filming, editing, and post production.
I keep the creative process moving forward focused, intentional, and true to the heart behind every story we tell. Whether we’re producing branded content, designing visuals for social, or building something original from scratch, I guide the team to deliver work that’s not just beautiful but meaningful.

I oversee the flow of our creative projects from concept to delivery making sure every vision is executed with clarity, purpose, and impact. Which basically means I keep the whole creative crew from spiraling into chaos (in the best way).
I make sure the ideas we come up with actually happens from the first brainstorm to the final product. Whether we’re filming, designing, or building something from scratch, I’m all about making sure every detail reflects the heart behind the vision. It’s giving organized creative.
